Had an awesome time with friends at the park! We loved exploring the beautiful local beaches and enjoyed games like table tennis and crazy golf. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making our trip even better. Plus, the outdoor pool was fantastic for relaxing after a day of adventures.
One downside was the cleanliness of the kitchen. the microwave was pretty dirty because it set a bad first impression.

The caravans, especially the 2 Bedroom Gold Apartment, come well-equipped with comfortable beds and decent kitchenware, an essential for any family getaway. The nightly entertainment in the clubhouse features engaging performances that attract crowds, ensuring fun for families and children alike.
While the location is promising, the facilities showed signs of neglect. For instance, several arcade machines were out of order, leaving little for kids to enjoy. Ordering food can be confusing due to the awkward system of queuing, and I found the takeaway process unnecessarily complicated, needing to have a table number just to place an order. The units could use thorough cleaning-some found forgotten items from previous guests, and the microwave in one apartment had visible rust. The pool area felt smaller than expected, and the dining options in the clubhouse didn't quite meet the mark, with undercooked dishes and mislabeling of menu items being common. It could be a solid spot, but the place definitely needs a little love.

The location is simply stunning, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a convenient bus service for evenings out. The outdoor heated pool was a highlight, providing a great experience for the kids, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the initial cleanliness of the caravan fell short, with dust and uncleaned surfaces evident upon arrival. Despite the lovely environment and good onsite entertainment, the lack of proper cleanliness management was disappointing.

Had an epic time digging into the local eats! The homemade jams were a delightful treat, and the bar had a solid selection of local brews. Chuffed with the indoor heated pools – perfect for the kiddies after a day of adventures.
Now, a cheeky critique, while the upgrade was a gem, I struggled with a lumpy bed and my disabled access needs weren't fully met. The effort was appreciated, but I left a bit achy – hoping for a cozier spot next time!

Great kids’ activities available.
I was extremely frustrated with the state of the room. The mattress was way too soft, making it impossible to sleep well. To add insult to injury, I found items left by previous guests, which is simply unacceptable. The microwave was rusty, and I was hesitant to even use it. the food quality was appalling—what they served as curry was nothing but a poorly disguised chicken madras, and the garlic bread was partly burnt. This level of carelessness is infuriating!

we had a fab 4 night family trip at trelawne manor! the area was super quiet and not overcrowded, which was great for our family. our 2 bedroom bronze apartment was really comfy and nicely decorated. parking was right opposite, so no long walks with bags or kids. the kids enjoyed all the activities without havin to leave the park!
the food could be better, but it was okay for what we needed. also, the check-in time was a bit of a hassle since we got there early and had to wait a bit longer than expected.
